Those things are expected, but we’d also like to tell you about the
things you aren’t expecting from us –those are the things that
make us, well, outstanding. Those things include:

We’re fairly sure you’ll love our food, but before you sign up
to eat it on your wedding day, we’d like you to taste it. In fact, we’d
like you to taste it before we ask for a deposit.

series of phone calls and emails to brainstorm menu ideas.
Simply put, we’ll be in touch. The key to every successful relationship
is communication and a relationship between a customer and a caterer is no
exception. We don’t make decisions without you.
One or more site visits with your rental
company.
We’d hate to arrive on the day of the event to find the tent 200 yards
away from the house, on a hill. We have years of experience setting up indoor
and outdoor events. We’ve learned that a site visit is one of the best
ways to arrange details, prevent disasters and settle your nerves.
A
collection of props and other extras.
Whether your event is a formal reception, an island theme anniversary party
or country-style union celebration, we can provide plants, candles, props
and decorations to fit the occasion.
A
competent, fun and dedicated crew.
The majority of our employees have been in the business for years. Most of
them are wives and mothers with “hands on” experience in caring
for others. We make an effort to hire genuine people, several of whom work
for us in addition to full time jobs elsewhere simply because it’s fun.
Our staff is experienced, creative and committed to the success of your event.
We’ll think of the details and provide real, friendly service.
