Patrick and I want to thank you and your staff for the great job you did for us on July 31. Even under very less than perfect conditions, you were all happy, upbeat and helpful. We had the most spectacular, fabulous, stupendous celebration, everything was amazing, especially the food! I remember a friend asking me if I'd like them to fix me a plate of food, I thought about it... And I decided I wanted to go up and feast my eyes on the beautiful, scrumptious spread myself. It was such a great buffet, reminding me of our VT kitchen with the bowls and platters that looked just like they'd come out of our own kitchen.
